You must be at least 13 years old to use TitleHook. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

TitleHook provides:

• YouTube title analysis and scoring
• A database of high-performing title patterns
• Title generation and tag generation tools
• Title breakdown and optimization suggestions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Free Tier: Limited to 25 titles per day. No payment required.

Premium Tier: $9.99/mo (billed annually) or $12.99/mo.

• Cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support
• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
• No prorated refunds for partial billing periods

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our title database
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or white-label our service without permission

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

TitleHook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• That your titles will perform well on YouTube
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from using our recommendations

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

TitleHook and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TitleHook and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of any titles, tags, or other content you generate using TitleHook. We claim no rights over your output.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the TitleHook platform, its algorithms, or its title database without prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TitleHook, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you generate or publish using TitleHook

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of TitleHook shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration will be conducted in the English language in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the dispute qualifies. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of TitleHook after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the service.
