By accessing or using TitleHook, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TitleHook.
Service Description
TitleHook provides:
- Public YouTube channel and long-form video analysis
- A channel-specific chat conversation
- Video planning projects and packaging feedback
- Title generation, scoring, and improvement suggestions
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time.
Subscriptions & Payments
Free: 1 channel and 3 chat messages per day, up to 10 per month, with no payment required.
Pro: $19.99/mo. Up to 3 channels, 30 chat messages per day, and 500 per month.
Max: $49.99/mo. Up to 5 channels, 100 chat messages per day, and 2,000 per month.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Cancel through the Stripe customer portal or contact support
- Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period
- Email support within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund
- No prorated refunds for partial billing periods
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials
- Bypass usage limits or security measures
- Scrape or redistribute private TitleHook data
- Use the service for an illegal purpose
- Resell or white-label the service without permission
A violation may result in account termination without refund.
Limitation of Liability
TitleHook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That recommendations will produce specific YouTube results
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- The accuracy or availability of third-party data
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Intellectual Property
TitleHook and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TitleHook and protected by applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you create using TitleHook. We claim no rights over your output.
You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the platform, its private data, or its algorithms without written consent.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TitleHook and its agents from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or content you publish.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Legal proceedings related to these Terms must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TitleHook will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration will be conducted in English in Delaware. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property violations.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class-wide proceedings.
Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and provide email or on-site notice for material changes.
Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

You retain full ownership of any titles, tags, or content you generate. We claim no rights or license over your output. Copy, modify, publish, and monetize your titles without restriction or attribution, on YouTube or anywhere else.

You must be at least 13 to use TitleHook. Free connects one channel and includes 3 messages per day, up to 10 each month, with no payment required. Pro is $19.99/mo for 3 channels and 500 messages each month. Max is $49.99/mo for 5 channels and 2000 messages each month. A title-generation message produces 5 ranked candidates. You own all generated content. You agree not to share accounts, bypass limits, scrape our database, or use the service illegally. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime. Email support@titlehook.com within 30 days for a full refund, processed manually within 24 hours. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
Yes. Cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing support. Paid access continues through the end of your current billing period. Full refund within 30 days of purchase, contact support@titlehook.com. After the 30-day window, no prorated refunds, but you can always cancel to prevent future charges.
What happens if TitleHook changes these Terms of Service?
We update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. For material changes affecting your rights, we notify you via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account.
What am I not allowed to do with TitleHook?
You may not share account credentials, bypass message limits through multiple accounts or automated scripts, scrape or redistribute our private data, use TitleHook for illegal purposes, or resell or white-label the service without written permission. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
